It doesn't, if you believe in a heaven or a hell, you must believe in one, ongoing universe with free will... no let me rephrase that, you SHOULD only believe in one, ongoing universe with free will. If by parallel universes you mean the idea that for every decision, the universe splits off for every possible/feasible choice, then there would be no logic behind heaven or hell, because you would just be sitting along for a ride down a certain path, not making any real decisions of your own, therefore how/why would you be punished/rewarded for that? That's just my 2 cents.
It doesn't. God simply is not concerned about these things. God is the creator of this Universe, He created it for us to live in, and He cares for us while we are in this Universe.
But God is completely outside of the timespace we call "The Universe", and is thus able to effect our Universe and what we do and perceive, but He himself is unaffected by our Universe. So far as we are concerned WE have God's TOTAL attention. He is SO much greater than all that we see and know, that for all purposes known to us He is All in All.
God';s Word never mentions Parallel Universes for one simple reason -- He is concerned about THIS one, and we should be too. Doesn't mean they don't exist -- it just means that there is no need for us to be concerned with them if they do. On the downside, when we put a lot of thought and effort into Parallel Universes, we are taking time and effort away from worship and acknowledging God as creator of ALL Universes, if and when they exist.
ANYTHING that take our time away from the worship and acknowledgment of God is called an "idol", thus studying Parallel Universes is a form of idol worship, EXCEPT when their existence (or not) is used to glorify God.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
