Abandoned newborn kitten who nearly died is pooping maggots?

Aw, poor little bugger, its so sad how people can live with abandoning innocent little kitties. Ugh. So he hasn't pooped at all for 5 entire days?

That's definitely not healthy, I think he needs a vet. If you cant get to one, make a call to one instead and see what they can recommend.

A lot of times, kitten can poop in different spot. Where you won't find it. I guess look around, under couch or bed or any kind of furniture.

But can't find any poop then take him to vet.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
