Some easy methods are1. Do your regular sets/reps for body part using heavy weights (5-8 reps) this will work your fast twitch, once you do about 3-5 sets of those drop the weight and do a few low rep sets 8-15 reps. Arnold used to do this :P2.
Try pyramids works both fast and slowstart off with a low weight and keep adding weight- first set 12 reps, increase weight- 2nd set 8-10 reps increase weight- 3rd set 3-5 reps, and so on :) goodluck apart from that I find supersets really great for both.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
