You do need photo ID in order to board the plane for a domestic flight, and most people use their Driver's Licence. If you do not have a licence you will need to use your Dutch Passport instead. If you are an Australian citizen you might want to get an Australian Passport one day.

It could be very useful if you are travelling internationally, and you will need it to return to Australia.
