You aren't even close to the first person to quit working there, it won't be a big deal. Just tell them that your last day will be two weeks out. It probably won't rise to a conversation at all, let alone an awkward one.

" thanks for having me but, I need my last day to be DATE." "Alright, thanks for letting us know. Have you refilled the salt shakers?" And why are you afraid of your boss?

What on earth do you think they're going to do to you? The worst they can do is fire you and, at this point in your life, you'd welcome that. You've got all the power now.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
