President Jimmy Carter is actually the person who "resolved the hostage crisis." This was a situation which went on for a 444 days, dude - not just the "hours" after Reagan was elected. If you were more than 12 years old, you'd know the history of what happened during this American crisis.

Iran withheld releasing the hostages until Carter was technically out of the White House - for spite, nothing more. Doesn't that sound like something they'd do? Reagan had NOTHING to do with it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
