Am I eating enough and getting enough nutrients?

Eat more protein & calcium (don't want to get osteoporosis in old age! You need protein for daily vital organ repair and lean body mass building too). Start the day with a slightly more substantial breakfast (trying eating 2 banana's instead of one, or have a bowl of museli/porridge with chopped banana & milk).

Eggs are one of the healthiest things you can eat, can't go wrong with them, so if you're not keen on meat or cheese try eating more eggs to get more protein in your diet ^_^v etc. Fat is not bad for you, only some fats are. Healthy fats (like those found in nuts, avocadoes, fresh soft cheese etc) are vital for maintaining a healthy nervous system (repairing the membranes between the nerves etc). The objective in a healthy diet is not to try an eradicate all fats, but rather just cut out the bad ones (man-made or modified fats, fats heated to high temperatures etc).

Sounds low on protein. Leave the yolk in the egg. Eat some meat.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
