Like @cheapgamer said, some people may ask a question and then try to reword it so it doesn't sound as similar. And then you have theTwitter question dumps who are from other "people" so there's always the chance that a similar question gets posted, just worded differently, etc.
I don't think it is a case of multiple log in names. What may happen is people log in and may ask a question without looking at the pages to see if a similar one has been asked, or they may feel that a slight change in wording may be important enough to ask a very similar question.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
