A high weight would be 145 (BMI of 25.7) and higher (BMI of 25+ is considered overweight, and anything higher than 30 is obese) A low weight would be 105 or lower (BMI of 18.5 and less is underweight, and 105 is 18.6, but I would still consider it very low. I would consider 19 as a BMI low) And lastly, a normal weight would be between 110 and 130 (in my opinion). This would be a BMI of between 19.5 and 23.
There are so many more factors than just weight. Some people will look amazing being 5'3 and 145, if they are big boned. Other people 110 will look great.
Also, if you are toned, you'll weigh more, but look tons better than maybe someone who weighs a lot less, but is flabby.
89 and lower would be underweight 95-130 would be normal 150 and up would be overweight.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
