No. B&N's reader and Amazon's reader are not compatible.

Not that I know of-----BUT, you can download the Kindle AND/OR the Nook reader to your computer and read it on it! Nook Study is fun to use and has useful features students can use. I have both and they work just great.

You can do it the old fashion way. Buy the book and read it. Then put it in your book case at home so everyone will think you are real smart.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
