Amazon is out of stock of an item, when does amazon get new inventory?

I'm looking for a graphics card that is out of stock, it seems like as soon as it comes it stock other people figure out first and buy it all. When does amazon restock items that are out of stock? How come other people figure out it is available before I do?

If you are trying to get a hot item, your best bet is to use eyeItForMe to check amazon stock. There was a similar question about what time of day does amazon restock items. The truth is that since amazon is such a big place with so many items, there is NO set time.

If the item is in demand, it can come in stock and sell out in under 5 minutes (since there are so many people browsing on amazon). You pretty much have to sit with the browser open and click refresh (or press F5) to get the item. Another option is to use eyeitforme.com I learned about the site on SD, since there are so many amazon deals posted there and other people end up buying all the stock from amazon before I get a chance.

You can have yourself put on a list when items are out of stock. Amazon will contact you then as soon as they coming back in. You can find the option when you click onto the item.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
