Ambiguous LINQ to SQL mapping?

Compare the execution plans of the "optimal" sql and the generated sql. (Sql Studio - click on "display estimated execution plan").

There is "nothing" wrong with that query, it won't COUNT the rows twice if thats what you are worried about.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
