India. Africa remains frozen at the level of Tribalism. The exception is the Mediterranean Coast which is actually MORE European in status than African.
The second exception is the far south in South Africa and countries (7?) that benefit through trade. The rest continue to wage Tribal War at one intensity or another. Compare western Africa with eastern Australia; both have somewhat isolated cities in connected 'states' but Australia is UNITED and western Africa FIGHTS for separate territories; and within those territories based on heritage or TRIBE.
India has largely overcome this. There the conflicts are Pakistan/India India/Bangladesh and India/Tamil. With 'society' more stable ALL benefit from the economy.
Africa. India has hit the water wall. Africa is the only place left were if farmed a surplus can be raised to feed the world, Africa has minerals, Now who is going to move in and run the shop is the big question. Very unstable.
But India is becoming more unstable with its problems of food & water. India wants to build on the China model and build India up. In truth I think they should leap frog to new tech.
Any one can build what the rights to has expired.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
