Since I started drinking a Rockstar (sugar free) before my workout and a Bolthouse Farms Perfectly Protein Mocha Cappuccino afterward, my energy for my workout has been real good. I now drink 2 8Oz glasses of the Perfectly Protein Mocha Cappuccino a day for the Protein and then a Rockstar for energy. Works for me.

Black coffee works great,or just anhydrous caffeine pills There are some decent drinks out there for pre workout energy. Most only contain caffeine anyway. Many tout guarana as an active ingredient.

Guess what,caffeine is the active ingredient in guarana(a South American nut). American Body Building makes a few that work well and taste great. Speed Stack(used to have ephedra,no more) Turbo Tea and Diet Turbo Tea.

I suggest Diet TT because it’s sugar free. Yoy shouldn’t consume sugar immediately before or during your workout. This interferes with many biological mechanisms,especially with the endocrine system.

You get no benefit from either because they are destroyed by the time the bottle/can leaves the factory. I pop a couple of these before I lift weights and they work great. They dissolve very quickly and they're safe if you take the recommended dosage.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
