No, I have not, as I know that there are no over the counter products that do what this claims it can do. I did some searches before I answered you the first time. All of the people who stated it worked for them were paid to say that.

If you can find an unbiased, medical study that claims this works - one that has a web address that ends in org, with means it is a not for profit, then I will change my mind. Yes, I do have an opinion. They simply do not work.

Exercise and small portions (of the appropriate foods) will work without the pills! Have confidence that you can do it on your own without the assistance of a pill! You may need to cut out some foods that don't agree with losing weight but don't worry.... they're not going anywhere!

When you reach your goal you can have them....have them in moderation and not in excess. GOOD LUCK! .

Oh boy do I know about the up and down weight! Honestly, I wouldn't try any of the pills. I'm a firm believer that your body will do what you want it to do, as long as you make it do it.

That being said, I work but am not a mother, therefore I prob have more time to commit to weightloss. My recommendations are this. Google the "harris-benedict formula".

It's fairly easy calculations that will help you figure out how many calories you should eat based on what activities you do. You want about a 500 calorie deficit to lose weight. And should not go below 1200 calories a day unless a doc says ok.

If you can commit to 30 min of cardio 3 or 4 days a week you should be ok. Take the kids to the park and play soccor or if they're little but them in a stroller and take them on a nice, fast walk (with hills). Keep that up and your metabolism will sky rocket and do some of the work for you.again... easier said then done from a 'non mom', i'm sure.

Some of the moms I know do weight watchers. You basically just count food points. I've never done it but my mom friends love it and aren't slaves to a gym.
