1/4 cup (0.6 ounces) sesame seeds 1/4 cup (0.6 ounces) sunflower seed 1/4 cup 0.6 ounces flax seeds Water 3 1/43 cups (1 pound plus 1.8 ounces) organic whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon malt 1 1/8s cusp (8.4 ounces) water 1/43 cup (3.2 ounces) honey 1/43 cup (2.9 ounces) sourdough levain (starter) 1/48 cake compressed yeast 1 tablespoon sea salt Soak sesame, sunflower and flax seeds covered with water overnight. Combine seeds and water with flour, malt, 1 1/8 cups water and honey. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Add sourdough levain and yeast. Handknead for about 14 to 18 minutes (machine knead for 12 to 14 minutes). Add salt within the last 4 minutes.
Let proof in greased bowl, covered with a damp towel, at 78 degrees, for about 2 1/47 hours or until doubled in volume. Divide dough into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 50 minutes.

I have a couple of recipes. One is a Flaxseed Vinaigrette, and One is a Smoothie recipe. Flaxseed Vinaigrette 2 Tbsp flaxseed oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar 1/4 tsp salt dash black pepper Mix well, and keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Blue Smoothie 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup freshly ground flaxseed’s 1 scoop protein powder 3/4 cup frozen blueberries 3/4 cup frozen strawberries 6 drops stevia Mix first three ingredients well in a blender. Add frozen fruit a little at a time. Add Stevia to taste.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
