Any information on precautions taken by Kentucky Derby managers in view of the swine flu crisis?

There haven't been any cases of Swine Flu in Kentucky to date and it seems like it is not impacting the Derby (or the NBA playoffs for that matter). From the courier journal: "While Mexico has limited some public gatherings in an attempt to stem its spread, Louisville public health leaders say there aren't enough cases in the United States to create significant concerns about the risk of the flu at the upcoming Kentucky Derby, which attracts hundreds of thousands from all over the nation and world. " courier-journal.com/article/20090428/NEW... More: "Thousands of doses of medication that fight the swine flu are heading to the Bluegrass in preparation for the thousands who are traveling here for the Kentucky Derby.

State health officials say despite the recent outbreak it is still safe to attend. " http://www.wave3.com/Global/story.asp?S=10259035.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
