Any pattern for using Maven to checkout/patch/build a non-maven based open source project?

I was actually able to do this in just a couple steps, using mvn:scm:export and mvn:patch.

I was actually able to do this in just a couple steps, using mvn:scm:export and mvn:patch. Essentially, you have scm:export run during the generate-sources step, exporting to your . /src/main/java/ directory, then patch runs, then the rest of your pom.

Xml acts as normal. I can post a sample, but it came out pretty simple... just took a lot of referencing of the manual.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
