Any recommendations for a 10 day european sun break, places you have been before, recommended accomodaton etc?

I always reccommend Bulgaria when people ask this question - I've only been twice but even that's saying something - it's the only place we ever went on holiday twice because we just loved it so much. We went to Sunny Beach, not too far from Sofia, the capital and location of the airport usually used when travelling to Sunny Beach or other resorts near there. Burgas is close as well.

Sunny Beach has the longest and widest beach strip (I'm assuming that means the longest in all of Bulgaria) and "approx. 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October" - not consecutive hours, obviously... :p It's a lovely place to go for an easy, relaxed holiday and you might just bloomin' love it! :D.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
