Anybody know how to adjust the governor on the golf carts?

At first locate the governor of the golf cart. To find it, track the thickest cable that runs from the gas pedal. The cable runs to carburetor via the governor.

Loosen the tension on the governor’s spring with the help of a screwdriver or a ranch. Review the manual that came with the cart to turn the screw in the right way. Now adjust the governor for faster speed.
