I have the Cricut Create which is a little cheaper than the expression. I love it! The difference is the paper size, it cuts on 6 x12" paper.
The expression can use paper up to 12x12". I use my Cricut to cut letters and pictures for scrapbooking and cardmaking. I also used it to make monkey decorations for my son's birthday party.
I used the monkey cutout and added googly eyes, they were super cute and easy to make. You can also make tags and other shapes. I got the create for Christmas and I debated on exchanging it for the expression but figured the create would be fine for me.
I really like it because you can cut letters in the exact colors that you are using for your page and can also make accents for your pages in the same colors. I bought a few cartridges from Michaels when they are on sale for less than half off. There are cartridges that have a variety of images to cut.
I figure it will save me some money on stickers in the long run. The Cricut also has ink (it's cheaper at Walmart) that replaces the blade so you can print the images/letters rather than cut them.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
