Banana Ice Cream - If you have a juicer, you can put the frozen bananas in a juicer. When the bananas go through the blade, the mush part can be used as ice cream. Of course no juice will come out, but the output will be very similar to ice cream.
A very healthy alternative to regular ice cream.
When I was a kid, my grandpa made banana ice pops with overripe bananas. They were SO good. He's squish the overripe bananas and add a little bit of orange juice, then put them in the ice-pop molds and stick them in the freezer for the better part of the day.
Smoothies! They turn to mush anyway in the blender! I like Trader Joe's Fancy Berry or Mangolicious mixes with a ripe banana, some ice cubes, some Designer Whey vanilla protein powder, maybe a few wheat grass cubes (which you don't even taste if it's just a couple).
