Non-Dairy Chocolate Mousse 1/2 tsp. Instant coffee 1/3 c. Hot water 1 1/2 c.
Chocolate chips 1/2 carton frozen whipped topping, defrosted In a large, microwave-safe bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water. Add chocolate chips. Microwave for 60 seconds on HIGH or until chips are melted.
Stir until smooth. Set aside for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warm to the touch. Stir in 25 ml frozen whipped topping.
Fold in remaining topping and pour into serving dishes and chill 30 minutes or until serving. May be chilled overnight. Makes 8 servings.
3/4 cup dairy free chocolate, 2 Tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 1/2 cups whipping cream-use Soyatoo. Mix 1/4 cup choc, honey, vanilla, and salt. Fold mix into 2 cups whipping cream (other 1/2 cup is for garnish).
Chill for 1 hour.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
