Well, I plan on spending the majority of the day with my family, particularly both of my grandfathers. I am privileged to still have them, and they are both war veterans. Every year, I make a point of talking about what kind of things they experienced when fighting for the country they love.
And the Fourth of July obviously wouldn't be complete without fireworks. I get a few friends and their families together, along with mine, and we go to the park in my town where we can get a great view of the bombs bursting in air. The holiday is of spectacular importance to me and my family.
I'd like to believe that we are very patriotic. As everyone else should (in my opinion). It is definitely one of my favorite holidays. My fascination of the fireworks displays have not changed over the years.
After getting home from the local fireworks display, we watch the major displays in New York, Disneyland, California, and other amazing shows across the country. It certainly makes me proud to be an American. If all goes well, North Korean threats of raining missiles on the US on July 4th will just be an empty promise.
Luckily, anti-missile defense system are situated all around the country. I think that this July 4th will be the best yet! Have a great day everyone, and God Bless America!
My little town has a 4th Of July parade. Everyone knows everyone and all the antique cars and trucks are usually the same as the Memorial Day Parade. The kids run up and down the street and some of the parents correct the kids as if they were their own.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
