Anyone have sleeptalkers/sleepwalker s at home-have 3 (my 2 sons & husband)hard time sleeping becuz of it, help:)?

Anyone have sleeptalkers/sleepwalkers at home-have 3 (my 2 sons & husband)hard time sleeping becuz of it, help:) my husband, 2 yr old and 4 yr old all sleepwalk and 'sleeptalk' (someone usually once week sleepwalking) - I am a very, very light sleeper and even more so because of it. I have taken all the precautions to protect my sons so no one gets hurt but I have not slept a solid night thru in a long time. Any suggestions to help with sleep?

We recently had to seperate our bunk beds as I went to check on my 4 yr old (had feeling I needed 2) and he was climbing up his bunk bed ladder, totally in sleepwalk mode. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions appreciated :) feel a little crazy at nite sometimes!

Reminds me of the scene from "Stepbrothers" where they are sleepwalking... I don't really know alot about this, but most treatments are drugs and hypnosis. Foods or drinks with caffeine seem to contribute to this problem as well, but the only way to really know what you are dealing with would be to talk to a medical professional. A friend of the family is having a hard time with one of her sons - he's rebelling - not following rules and now is.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
