Anyone know how to get Outlook Express to open link you click in a message in IE?

I have no idea what my husband or son did, but all of a sudden Outlook Express is not opening links when you click on them. Anyone ever have this happen? Anyone know how to fix it?

Usually when I have an email that you have to click on a link (mypoints for example) all I do is click and it automatically opens a new IE browser window of that page...now it's not doing anything. Some I can copy and paste the link into my browser, but that's a pain, and with some (like Mypoints again) you can't right click and get the link. I'm usually really good at un-doing things but this one has me stumped!
