Anyone know the name of this show from the 80's my teacher used to let us watch in school(probably PBS). Intro was..... I know this is really vague but the intro had something to do with a kid going to the garage and uncovering a dusty exercise bike and then riding it really fast (maybe looking into a mirror? ).

I can't remember much after that but I wondered if anyone knew what this show could be. I know it was something educational because we watched it in elementary school. Any help would be appreciated!
