That is actually part of a pump sprayer, the pneumatically operated valve to be specific, and unfortunately it is not worth much without the other parts, unless you can find someone looking for that part specifically. Depending on the model and brand, which we cannot easily tell from the photo you provided, the prices may vary.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
