Anyone notice that Dems bring religion to politics more then Republicans through hate?

I left my parents' religion when I grew up because after a lot of study I could not agree with any of them or a divine entity....They worried that I wouldn't be going to heaven with them but, I had to do what I thought was right and they wanted me to be happy. Other way round in our house of atheists....youngest daughter became a Christian...we were pleased for her....now she worries that we won't go to heaven! Can't win in this life....You are not a failure.....Mo Atheist.

My son and daughter were never indoctrinated in the first place. They are now happy and productive adults with good educations, and proper jobs. One even has "Dr." before her name.

Not much chance of educated adult children buying the pretense of religion at all. Ever.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
