Apple account disabled password reset for security reasons, but no reset email received?

Apparently this is a pretty wide-spread issue, from what I've found by doing a couple Google searches. If it hasn't happened to you, then you won't know what we're talking about; if it has, you do. I have tried probably 10+ times over 10 hours to send the password reset email and gotten NOTHING.

I have cleared my browser history/cache/blah blah blah, done everything in the stupid little help docs and it doesn't work. Only an idiot doesn't know to check they're junk mail. I emailed tumblr support and of course, haven't heard anything back yet.

But for those who are in the dark, the following message pops up (and you cannot navigate away to ANYTHING once your ID is logged). Security warning We've detected suspicious behaviour on your account. To ensure your account stays safe, never enter your password on any site other than www.tumblr.com Please reset your password before proceeding.

Reset Password (and call me an idiot but is tumblr british? Why would behavior be spelled behaviour?).

I'm freaking out. I also did not recieve the email. For some reason when I didn't receive an email I though about when 4chan tried to take over.

What if something bad happened, and we forever like have reset passwords and can't login into our tumblrs. OMG, I run two blogs, and would die if I lost all my followers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
