Are conservatives right about low tax rates stimulating economic growth?

Conservatives don't think people who make $200K a year, rich. Your premise "it's almost as if they're saying that if you don't....." is fallacious as that is not what they are saying. Not one person said that if you don't make 200K, you wouldn't be successful in running your own business.

Matter of fact, do some research on people who open their own business. The majority of small business entrepreneurs DO NOT have anywhere near $200k when they start their business. People who make $200K are not rich, at all.

Trust me... especially living here in the DC area. Conservatives also do NOT claim that people who make that contribute more to the economy.. I wish you would present some references and facts with your arguments. The actual rich DO drive the economy.

Our economy relies heavily on the banking system, which is an extremely rich system. What conservatives are saying is people who run a successful business are more apt to hire more people. The more rich you are, the more you spend and the more chance you have to create jobs as you spend it.. i.

E buying 3 mansions, as that puts people to work; or starting your own store, which puts people to work, etc. Also, the rich are needed in the stock market. DO YOU THINK Mcdonalds is able to sell you a complete meal for $5, while paying for hundreds of thousands of stores and hundreds of thousands of employees - not to mention condiments, the drive through machines, donating to charity, etc - and stay in business just because of you eating there? Of course not.

They can't sustain all the locations they have (which offers many jobs) just off the revenue from selling big macs. They are able to afford all these restaurants and all of these employees because rich investors invest in Mcdonalds, driving it's worth way up... The rich are not more important than the poor.. BUT, economically, the rich (which is obvious0 have more money to spend which is what grows our economy.

If this is really what you think they you are not paying attention! It is small businesses who employ the most people in the US. Most small business owners file the business taxes as personal taxes.

Most small businesses would be in the $200,000 a year and above bracket that Democrats don't want to extend taxs cuts to. Placing additional tax burdons on the segment of businesses that employ the most people will not stimulate job growth and only make it worse! Please take some economics classes to understand these concepts because this is VERY important to the health of the US!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
