Are federal dentist and private dentist compensation the same?

No, they are not the same. Federal positions are salaried and come with full benefits and paid vacations 100-120K level. Private positions are less stable, but more financially rewarding if the dentist is skilled andable to get case acceptance.. There is no paid vacations as you are generally paid on production but you can double or better the pay of a federal position.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
