Yes, if they are enrolled in legitimate foreign exchange programs. Any such foreign exchange student (i.e. , those for whom a district receives state school fund dollars and is treated as a regular resident student) must also take the statewide assessments appropriate for the student's enrolled grade.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
