Yes if the money you earn this month doesn't reach the minimum (threshold) amount for disbursement it will be carried over to the next month until you reach the minimum amount in order for you to get paid.

You earning must be carried over, until you hit the payout total.

In Adsense your earning gets accumulated until you reach a threshold of $100. Then you get paid in a subsequent month.
