Are professors in college allowed to offer extra credit to some students but not others?

If you do not meet requirements to apply, you cannot apply. If you only meet minimum requirements to apply, you will not be accepted as admission is a competition with all other applicants. You must EXCEED requirements to have any real chance of acceptance.

Instead of university, your options might be community college for vocational training or for associate's degree to prove you really are "college material" and can compete at that level.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
