I think that depends on the type of question. I know that's an obvious answer but let me elaborate: - if a question asks things like "how many apples do I have on my tree" or something else fairly inane, then it might be considered spam. - if a question asks things like "how do I know I'm in love?" - there might not be a good answer but the question does help facilitate a discussion amongst members about what love might look like and how the original questioner might be able to find his / her own definition of love.
In that sense, no, questions that are impossible to answer intelligently shouldn't be considered as spam if it can lead to some sort of discussion. (Of course, maybe the fact that it can be discussed means there is an intelligent answer? I'm not sure).
From my experience here at Mahalo Answers and the online conversations we have had on the subject of unanswerable, illegible, or statement types of questions they should be reported to Mahalo. We can just use the "off topic" selection and Mahalo will remove the question when they read the reports.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
