Are the Establishment Republicans desperate to defeat Ron Paul?

I believe that Romney or Giuliani has the best chance against President Obama. They can draw more independents than someone like Palin. Romney could take Florida, Giuliani too but not Palin.

Also Democrats and Independents are more open minded as for as Romney being a Mormon and Giuliani dressing up in drag and kissing men.

The tip off or the clue is what they believe about illegal immigration, because it's all about globalism. Republicans are not supposed to be corporate globalists, it's the essence of big government. Candidates who want illegals to stay here and be legalized are really for big government though they talk of small government in other ways, and trick us with words that they are against illegal immigration, are securing border, etc. and then switch to sway us that illegals should be punished to pay fine and learn English but stay here, they are doing work we won't do.

It's all tricks and lies. Globalism makes the people poor. Romney's past comments on net are against illegal immigration, yet I find it hard to trust his flip flopping.

Robert Bonner former head of border and customs said one half illegals would self deport over night if we truly secured border, really cracked down on employers and limited benefits. Not sure on others you mentioned, but I'm sure about Ron Paul that he is openly honest and anti war as we know, and this is the other serious issue that will bring our country down quickly if we don't reverse course.

They don't need to. Eventually his train will jump the tracks.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
