Are there any groccery stores in the Midwest that will import any food item from foreign countries upon request?

My experience with ethnic food stores has been somewhat limited; mostly because I haven't the slightest idea what to do with most of the ingredients. I never even used olive oil until I started watching Rachel Ray on the Food Network. I’m not sure if this is in your area but Bill’s Imported Foods in Minneapolis imports foods and spices.

I’m not sure if they import from Germany because it seems to mainly focus on Greece, but they also have items from all over the Balkans. From what I could find the prices seemed very reasonable and it had very good reviews. It might be worth checking out and even if you can’t find what you really wanted from what I read it sounded like a very interesting little market.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
