I have always thought that apple cider vinegar works well. Vinegar is said to restore the natural ph in the hair. You can shampoo the hair first.
Take your time in the shower and really focus on stimulating the scalp. Massage the scalp and the hair with the shampoo. Rinse well and shampoo twice if need be.
Now you can run apple cider vinegar through the hair and then rinse with cool or cold water if possible. I have also heard of people using a lemon juice rinse. I have not personally tried this method.
Sometimes I find that just shampooing the hair properly is effective. We are all in such a hurry these days we rush to get the shower over with. Massaging the scalp can be one of those things we forget to do.It is easy to incorporate it into our shampoo.
.If you can find a shampoo with tea tree in it then that will help most scalp conditions.
Olive oil shampoo is the best at home remedy for your hair. Warm the oil and massage it into your hair and scalp, leave on for 30 minutes, then wash it out..also drink plenty of water!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
