Yes, but good news... they are mostly positive side effects, like better emotional stability, better blood circulation, quicker thinking, heightened awareness, more energy and even a reduced need for sleep, to name a few. The only negative side effects (rarely reported) are occasional temporary negative mood change and mild headaches experienced with the initial use of some Brainwave Training sessions. This is usually a result of increased blood flow in the brain, which is a good thing, and typically goes away after a few sessions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
