You won't screw up. And even if you do, what's the worst thing you could REALLY possibly do? So you may try to get a diaper on backwards, realize your mistake, and then put it on the right way around.
Problem solved. Most things you can 'screw up' with a newborn are in that category. Just spend the day lounging on the couch, holding your baby, and feeding her whenever she starts waking up.
Ask your husband to fix you a plate of sandwiches and a fruit salad you can easily grab while baby sleeps. Put a bottle of water and a glass right next to you so you won't forget to drink enough liquids. And DO NOT do any housework.
You just had a baby. Respect the fact that your body has some healing to do. Don't try to turn into megamom or superhousewife overnight.
I've got the same thing coming up... combined with a three year old running around.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
