The truth is that the lives of people who do terrible things like this are of little value to most people, but a life is still a life, regardless of that person’s crimes, and all lives are of some value. Do we advocate execution of the terminally ill because their lives are already over? No, we don't.
In fact, we fight to stop them from being able to die with dignity. Do you remember the international outrage over a group of Muslims sentencing a woman to be stoned for committing adultery? Well, in my opinion 12 people on a jury that must decide if a person should die for the crime of murder are no different than any group of people who decide upon the value of a person’s life, based on the standards of their society.
While we continue to put people to death for what ever reason, we have no right to condem other countries for what we consider crimes against humanity. *Carla* 60 months ago.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
