Are you aware of pickpocket and purse snatchers n you are shopping?

They will get a rude awakening because I walk next to my husband. He will tae-kwon-do their a** in 5 seconds. It's nice being married to a brown belt.

I usually am very aware of the possibility of them! However , I went shopping about a week ago, and was so engrossed in looking at the merchandise that I left my purse in my cart. A kind gentleman came and warned me to watch my purse, as shop lifters are out in droves at this time of the year!

I usually see men watching their wives purses, and walk away and leave it in carts or on counters etc.... I usually tell them you better watch that purse , if you want to go home with your wife tonight!

It happened to a man a couple months ago, he was talking on his cell phone about 10 feet from where I was standing near the entrance. A couple of young women walked past, one bumped into him and when he went to cash his check a couple minutes later his wallet was gone. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary but wasn't just watching him either.

I carry my keys in my pocket just in case someone snatches my purse, at least I will have a ride home.

When I have my big purse in a store with carts, I use the baby seat strap around the handle so no one can grab it out the cart. More and more I only carry keys, license, a credit card and cash in a small purse I can put the short strap around my wrist.

Yes, these groups been going on for yrs. I don't ever carry a purse. Just cash/card and keys.

Thats it Some women carry their whole life in papers etc with them on a daily basis. Bad business. I learned the hard way 20 yrs ago.

I'm aware but it seems I'm better at picking out the store security plainclothes cops than I am the crooks. If it's that easy for me just think about how easy it must be for the perps to avoid being caught.

Oh yeah I'm aware all right, that why I carry my info in my jeans pockets and leave my purse in the car trunk...my husband also carry his wallet in his front pocket of his jeans..=).

Yes,i carry my wallet in my front pants pocket. Have been doing that for years. Even when out traveling I do it.

Also pack a 9 MM pistol for safety sake!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
