No, the malls in Dallas will be too crazy and crowded with shoppers. I will do some online shopping and maybe do some shopping Saturday. The economy has made me be more thoughtful about the money I spend..
1 I have been spending about $50 a gift. This year will be closer to $25.

2 If by going out shopping, you actually mean sleeping in and sipping coffee, then yes. As for that whole fighting crowds to try to save money that you don't actually save because there are better deals closer to Christmas thing, not I. Most of my shopping is already done, anyway, but I don't believe people actually save anything during these Black Friday sales.25% off doesn't mean much if it's marked up75% more than usual..

4 No, sorry, I have to work both Thanksgiving and the day after, 12 1/2 hour shifts. Buuuuut, even if I didn't have to work, I still wouldn't go. I went out on Black Friday for the very first time EVER last year.
I came home exhausted, frustrated, and irritated. The parking was ridiculous, the lines were hundreds of people long (outside and wrapped around the store), the temperature was about 25 degrees outside, my nose was running, I couldn't feel my face or my fingers because they were frozen, and I didn't even get what I wanted because there was only a limited supply. Fooey.
And double fooey. Instead, I will be at work, cleaning up vomit, urine, and feces, drawing blood, sticking tubes down people's throats, getting spit on, kicked, yelled at and belittled, putting in catheters, tying people down, and won't get a break all day long. On second thought, maybe I will go shopping...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
