I refuse to do resolutions. It usually ends up in failure and feel like crap for not making it happen. So I just try to live my life to the fullest and love as much as I can.
Yes I will be. Some are on going however. I usually prefer to start them on my birthday though as that is the start of "my new year".
I don't beat myself up over not achieving them. They are more guidelines.
Yep. To get a job since I finished my training.
I gave up on New Year's resolutions years ago and started taking the goal approach. Now I use yearly goals to set monthly goals, and monthly goals to set weekly goals. By the end of the year I've reached many of my goals and cultivated new dreams along the way.
I agree with Donna. No more resolutions. I set goals and work towards them.
Saying you are going to do something at the first of the year and not having a plan to "resolve" them by a certain time usually doesn't work.
Nope. I don't like the idea of making new years resolutions. For me, you don't have to wait for a brand new year to change your ways.
You can always do it now.
Just like Donna, I have given up on New Year's resolution. I have my own set of goals for Health & Fitness, Family, Finance, Religion, Leisure & Education. I have my long term plan on these goals but lately had to do some minor adjustments due to economic situation.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
