As a Catholic I usually go and confess my sins, do I have to confess being a Republican?

I found that some Christians do get aggressive but they tend to be fundamentalists. I do believe that as Christians you should follow Jesus' teachings and turn the other cheek. If you believe you are right.....keep a dignified silence and walk away.

As an atheist who believed that Jesus existed and was a good man who had a good plan for us to live together in peace but he was mortal and died like the rest of us. All the stories about him were added at least 300 years later...... After a lot of study I concluded that I could not believe in any religion or a divine entity but that is my view, others are entitled to theirs. If some silly so-called atheists are being aggressive, I am sorry.

It seems it is "cool" for youngsters to say they are atheists......ignore them. I wish you joy in your faith Mo Atheist Uni Lec retired.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
