As a tangent follow up question to budda's question about Palin here?

Obama is actually neither effective or ineffective. He has good ideas, however because he got stuck with all the stuff that he was left with, he didn't really stand a chance anyway. First of all when he took office he had a few things against him.

First of all, people were expecting far to much from him, because he what the first black president. He was expected to do the impossible and save the world, just because he was black. Secondly he got stuck with a terrible recession, a dying economy, and a ton of American soldiers in another country that everyone is hoping he will bring home.

If this was another time where the economy was good, and we were not on the tail end of a war, and he was the first black president, he would be very effective as a President because of what he would represent to a whole world of black children. So I guess I would say he is neither.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
