Here’s what we tell people trying the gum who are heavy smokers: • Chew a piece of gum each hour for six weeks. • Next chew a piece of gum every two hours for three weeks. • Then chew a piece of gum every four hours for three weeks.
• Don’t chew more than thirty pieces a day of the 2-milligram gum, or twenty pieces a day of the 4-milligram gum. • Chew slowly until you experience that peppery taste, which takes about fifteen chews. • Then put the gum between your cheek and gum until the peppery taste has disappeared.
This may take a minute or longer. • Start chewing again whenever you notice no peppery taste, then park it again. • Get rid of the gum when you can’t get any more peppery taste, usually after thirty minutes or so.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
