Switch to the patch....then drop the dose as suggested on the package. The gum isn't as hard to quit as smoking > but I suspect you have been using really large doses. Ask a pharmacist for which dose you should start with based on the gum/pieces per day you use.
Spit it out. Exchanging one form of nicotine for another doesn't work -- if you've been chewing nicotine gum for 4 years you've developed an addiction to that instead of smoking. Nicotine gum can cause oral cancer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
