I may be incorrect, but I believe if your marriage is registered (no matter what your religion), consummating your rights to your spouse shall not be considered as adultery.

I don't think you can do this in non Islamic countries. In countries where Sharia Law exists you might able to do it. But still to make sure do your inquires first, but my suggestion would be you better off advice your husband not to get himself involve in mess because you need him and he needs you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
